These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelGlass Pro mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixelGlass Pro, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid premium subscription ("PixelGlass Pro" premium), including the AI features (AI Edit, AI Upscale, and Remove Background), Film Lab film stocks, and premium collage templates.
• Subscriptions are offered on monthly and yearly terms and are managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's terms.
• Prices and billing are handled by the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
• We may change subscription pricing on notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you edit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or process through the Service, including through the AI features.

6. AI Features

The AI features (AI Edit, AI Upscale, and Remove Background) rely on third-party providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini). We do not guarantee specific results, accuracy, or availability of AI features. Outputs may be subject to the providers' own terms and usage policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding ("PixelGlass Pro" and the diamond logo), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license above.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of photos, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
