This Privacy Policy explains how PixelGlass Pro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using PixelGlass Pro, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

PixelGlass Pro is designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. The information we handle includes:

• Photos. Photos you select for editing, Film Lab, or collage are processed entirely on your device. A photo is transmitted off your device only when you initiate one of the AI features (AI Edit, AI Upscale, or Remove Background).
• Editor preferences. Adjustment, filter, theme, and layout settings are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription data. Premium entitlement status is managed by RevenueCat and our payment provider (Apple App Store). We do not store your payment card details.
• Usage analytics. We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the photo editing, Film Lab, AI, and collage features.
• To validate and manage your premium subscription.
• To remember your preferences across launches.
• To diagnose issues and improve performance.

3. AI Features & Third-Party Providers

When you use an AI feature — AI Edit, AI Upscale, or Remove Background — your selected image (and, for AI Edit, your text prompt) is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI or Google Gemini, solely to generate your result. These providers process the image to fulfil your request; please review the privacy policies of OpenAI and Google for how they handle submitted data. All AI features require a premium subscription. Non-AI features, including the editor, Film Lab, and the collage builder, never send your photos off your device.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple according to their terms. We receive only entitlement confirmation, not payment instruments.

5. Data Storage & Security

Local preferences are stored on your device and are not transmitted unless required for a feature you activate. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The app also includes built-in screen-capture protection: screenshots and screen recordings of the app display a privacy cover instead of your photos, helping keep your images private on your own device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Photos submitted to the AI features are not retained by us after the result is returned. You may delete local app data at any time by offloading or deleting the app from your device. To request deletion of any account or support-related data, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

PixelGlass Pro is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
